Health and Safety Training

The Health and Safety at Work (General Risk and Workplace Management) Regulations 2016 place a duty on the PCBU to train their staff and others workers.  This duty includes ensuring workers are adequately trained in; identifying and reporting hazards, controlling risks, using equipment in a safe manner, and where appropriate; understanding the role of supervisors, being part of a health and safety committee, being able to investigate an accident, .

Training can be offered to NZQA Unit Standard level if required.
